What your handwriting says about you

You always have two choices in anything you feel, do or say. You can either respond from your fear center or from your love center.

Fear is not necessarily a bad thing. It is energy that will either fuel change in your life or paralyze you. You can harness the attributes of fear and create your life’s work. Or you can be stopped dead in your tracks because you feel unsafe in this world and cannot hear your soul’s direction.

Watch your thoughts and your emotions.

Are they fearful or loving? Each time you align with fear you keep yourself in confusion. When you align with love, you find consciousness, your inner awareness awakens and becomes strong and clear.

Our world is full of fear. Leaders generate the emotion of fear. You have to ask yourself why? What happens to us and to our world when we stay in fear?

If you don’t want to sit next to the black person, stand next to the brown person, get on the plane with the Pakistan person, you are practicing separation and hate.

That is terrorism in its basic form. If you are racist or if you judge someone based on sexual orientation, then you are living in fear and hatred.

You are practicing terrorism. Unconditional love is compassion in motion. Acceptance and allowance are your soul’s direction and not the direction of hate or fear.

You are either practicing love or you are practicing fear or hate. You cannot serve two bodies of energy.

If you are a believer and speaker of oneness, then you cannot also speak of judgment and/or separation. You have a choice to join into that fear or, instead, to choose the attributes of love.

Would our world transform if we did that?

Yes.

Is it possible that choosing not to align with fear is your soul’s work?

Yes.

Our DNA codes will awaken when in the proper vibration or frequency. We all hold codes of fear and love. Which do you want to see active in your life and in the world?

Is it possible, when your life is in confusion and out of control, basically not making sense, that the energy you are in and aligned with are the attributes of fear?

What would happen if you placed yourself in an environment of love’s attributes instead?

Would your life – your world – feel and look better?

Would you heal?

Perhaps it’s not so much about healing, but about alignment. Where are you placing your thoughts, feeling, words, and action? Are you aligning with love, or with fear?

What your handwriting says about you

I believe we hold ourselves hostage in fear, based on our need to hang onto our hang-ups or issues. Let’s face it, if we have been processing the same issue for years and have made no progress towards freedom or release, then perhaps we are caught up in the safety and excuse of that issue.

When you can release the illusion of the need to heal something, you are freed to go immediately to the desired outcome of health, balance, peace, and love.

Isn’t that also a choice you could make?

Let go and choose something else.

Let go of the pain, anger, and confusion of it all. Release the attributes of fear and make another choice.

Even if you have to fake it until you make it.

Step into the attributes of love and be unconditional love in motion. Bring compassion to you and your life experience.

What are the fears that hold you back?

Fear of being alone?

Fear of being different?

Fear of living in lack?

Perhaps taking one’s power or of being loved?

Fear that this world is an unsafe place?

The list goes on and on. You have a choice to stay in alignment with those fears or to trust that the Universe is safe and take responsibility for your part of creation.

Fear is energy; think of it as fuel for change.

Take it and use it to move toward your mission, dreams, and goals.

Buried deep within your DNA are codes that you can choose to unlock. When open, they reveal the YOU that possesses the power and the ability to perform your Soul’s work and duty.

You can clear your fears and make available your personal keys to opening your Soul’s codes.

What will you align with fear or love?

More importantly, what do you want to create and see manifest in your world?

Acne does not simply appear because it chooses to do
so. There are things that could trigger an acne breakout in your body.
But why bother? That is because first, it could be a sign that something
serious is happening within your body and second, knowing what triggers
your acne could help you from preventing acne for good.

These triggers vary, depending on your lifestyle, age, and even on your
gender. So, here are some of the things that your body could be telling
you when you have acne:

1.You need to take a vacation. Strange
as it may seem, but sometimes acne is your body’s way of telling you to
relax and take a breather. That’s because stress could be a major trigger
of acne in your body, regardless of whether you’re a man or a woman. So,
take a look at your schedule. Are you doing too many overtimes? When
was the last time you had a vacation? Lower your stress level and your
acne could go down with it.

2.You’re experiencing a hormonal
imbalance. This is the case with acne in women. If you’re a woman in your
20s or older, don’t be surprised that acne still bothers you even if you’re no longer a teenager. That’s because hormonal imbalances could
cause acne breakouts on your skin. It could be brought about by your
monthly period, or when you’re expecting. In the first case, taking in
pills as prescribed by your doctor could help get rid of your acne. If you’re expecting, don’t worry because its just a stage you have to go
through. Your acne problems will disappear once you give birth to your
baby.

3.You need to eat healthier. Poor diet could also trigger
your acne. Lets put some science into this. If you’re having a typical
diet that’s full of refined carbohydrates and sugar, then, you’ll likely
have acne. Why is that? These foods cause a surge in insulin, which in
turn, produces excessive amounts of testosterone. And with high levels
of testosterone, your body will produce excess sebum. The sebum, then,
will clog your pores and cause acne.

4.You need to practice
proper hygiene. Believe it or not, something as simple as washing your
face with tap water twice a day can spell the difference between a
life with and without acne. That’s right. So, you don’t even really need
to spend all your money on expensive soaps, and other forms of facial
wash that promise to get rid of your acne if you use them often enough.
Just wash your face regularly. It will be enough to deal with the excess
oils and dirt that may be clogging your pores.

So, you see,
your acne problem can say a lot about you and your health. Listen to
your body more and you’ll be surprised about how easy it is to get rid of
acne from your body.

The early telephone answering machines recorded the
messages reel- to-reel, like a movie theater and played back the same
way. You only had to pray that the tape didn’t break or get corrupted
midway through your caller’s message. The sound was terrible, often
distorted, and usually crackly. The most redeeming feature was that you
and your caller could talk as long as you wanted. Today’s machines, if
they’re still around, limit your speaking time to a few minutes.I said this unlimited amount of speaking time was their most redeeming
feature but in retrospect, it also had a downside. I had two clients, a
man and a woman, who always left messages
of twenty minutes or more in duration. In the playback mode, my machine
first had you listen to your outgoing message and since it didn’t allow
you to back up a wee bit to take down a specific piece of information
that you missed or couldn’t decipher, every time you had to play it back
to retrieve that vital piece of information, you got to hear your
outgoing message over and over again. Not a wonderful thing when you’re
very busy and time is of the essence, but when you have nothing more
exciting to do at the moment, it could be the high spot of your day.

I don’t know if it was the excitement of getting my very first
answering machine or if it was nervousness at hearing my voice being
played back to me, or just the fact that I didn’t know what to say. It
was probably a combination of all of the above. What I certainly didn’t
realize was that my message was going to tell the listener a lot about
me.

Most people record their outgoing message without realizing
what it says about them. In the old days, waaay long before voice mail,
when telephone answering machines first came into being, I was one of
those people who didn’t realize what my message said about me.

My very first outgoing message played upon the image of a happy dog
wagging his tail and I recorded it in a perky voice. It said: “Hi,
there. I hate to brag but this machine is so intelligent it thinks it’s
human. When it hears your voice, it becomes so excited that its
recording tape goes into action. It has such a wonderful memory that
just by a flip of a switch it repeats your whole conversation word for
word. Where else can you get such an enthusiastic response? Try it . . .
you’ll like it. At the sound of the tone, leave your name, telephone
number, and message, and be recorded for posterity.”

I got a
lot of comments about my message. One day, I answered my phone and a man
said, “Oh, I didn’t want to speak to you; I just wanted to hear your
outgoing message.” I offered to hang up and let him hear the message but
he declined. Another call I received was from a newspaper reporter
wanting to do a story on my answering machine’s message. This time I
declined. And still, another incident was when my friend and I were
waiting in line to be seated at a restaurant and I was telling her about
the comments I was getting on my outgoing message. A man who was
standing behind me tapped me on the shoulder and asked me to tell him
what my message said.

Those were the early days when you could
have fun with your answering machine. It was so new that most people
didn’t have them and so it was a novelty to hear an electronic device
taking down your message. Nowadays, it’s serious business and it says a
lot about you. It especially says a lot about the business you are
representing.

Not too long ago, I called a company during
business hours and I got a recorded message that said, “Please leave
your name and number and I’ll call you back at my earliest convenience.”
My first reaction was, “WHAT??” So I dialed the long distance number a
second time to be sure I was hearing the message correctly. I couldn’t
imagine a company’s outgoing message saying that they would return my
call at “their” earliest convenience, so I called the number a third
time. And, yes, I had heard it correctly the first and second times; it
did say that my call would be returned at their earliest convenience.

We live in such a high tech society connected, almost as quickly as the
speed of light, to a global market, but our social behavior hasn’t
caught up with our technology. Any day now, I expect to see a cartoon of
an ape wearing a headset, talking into a cell phone, eating a banana
held in one hand, and texting another ape with the other hand, while the
caller is put on hold.
